Having served as Chief of Staff to Commissioner Kevin Morrison for over six years, Ted is excited to continue the work of expanding access to mental health care, bringing resources to our small businesses in the northwest suburbs, and providing Cook County with balanced budgets.

As a father to four young children, he is invested in making our communities safe, diverse and vibrant. As a lifelong public servant, he looks forward to engaging with all residents to hear their concerns and represent them on the Board of Commissioners.
